Our spaces are managed and operated by Michelle Rivera Properties located on the 3rd floor of the Wyman's Exchange building. Christian Hill Studios started out as a marketing company in 2011. Today, we have grown from a one man operation to a much larger company, now offering studio and office spaces in beautiful downtown Lowell for artists and entrepreneurs, Currently we have 10,000 sq. ft. of space, with a spacious multi media room which allows for photo shoots, promotional gatherings, networking events, and other creative uses. We offer many perks but these are some of the biggest reasons to join us:
24 HR ACCESS
Our rates vary depending on the size of the space. Below you can apply for a tour, view our updated floor layouts, and print our Available Studios Sheet for when you visit. Once you tour, select your space, fill out our online lease agreement, and the space is yours once you have made the following payments: First Month, Last Month and a $200 Annual Electric Fee. Please note you will also need to put down a $50 refundable fee for the building key which will be provided for you by the building's owners (Wyman's Exchange,) That's it!

Additional Notes: 1.) *Free WiFi is available on the property but not guaranteed to work in every unit. Please check the wifi during your tour. You are welcome to purchase your own internet package if needed. 2.) Our rates are subject to change without notice. We urge people to book the studio they like as we are unable to hold a studio space without a deposit on it. In certain cases we may hold it for up to 72 hours while arrangements are being made. 3.) We have a very strict no smoking policy. As with any commercial space, you are not allowed to smoke inside of your unit, on the fire escape or the roof, which is strictly off limits. Please note your lease is subject to immediate termination if the smoking policy is violate. In certain cases, law enforcement may be involved. 4.) We do offer a $200 reference rent credit for any new tenants you refer to us. Please ask about this at the time of your tour or email us with questions. 5.) We offer marketing services from our offices in Hawaii and in some cases we will connect you with our affiliates in the Merrimack Valley. Please don't hesitate to connect with any questions.
